At 12:29 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, Jamar Campbell was found unresponsive in a silver Toyota Camry in the 800 block of McIlvain Street in Chester, Pennsylvania. Responding officers found the car still running. Jamar sustained numerous gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
