On August 17th, 2007 Jade Winston was found deceased in her residence in Carrier Mills, Illinois after a neighbor reported hearing a gunshot. Jade's manner of death was in question until a coroner's inquest months later ruled her death a homicide. Just over 24 hours after Jade's homicide, her brother Jerome died in a single vehicle car accident in Harrisburg. Jade's case is unsolved and her family continues to seek justice and advocate for her case.
