On January 29, 2007, Glenn E. “Cactus” Randolph, 74, was found shot to death inside his small trailer along U.S. 127 in Liberty, KY. The case shocked the Liberty community and left Glenn’s large family searching for answers. At the time, investigators reported few leads, and the homicide quickly grew cold. Nearly two decades later, Glenn’s family continues to push for answers—advocating for justice in his memory.
