Gary Cosey, 22, was shot and killed as he was trying to drive away from the Canteen, a bar commonly called the "U-Bar'', in Zanesville, OH on November 20, 1999. Gary had gone to Zanesville, where several of his former high school team mates were playing in a flag football tournament. Since 1999, Gary's family continues seeking justice for this senseless crime, while advocating for him.
