Case Description
On August, 30th, 2008 Garrett Burton, 16, was shot and killed in Galloway, Ohio. At around 3 a.m. Garrett and other kids were throwing eggs at passing cars near Hilliard-Rome Road North of W. Broad Street. One unknown male suspect who's car was struck with the eggs then pursued the group and shot Garret. He died at the scene. Garrett's case remains unsolved and his family continues to see justice and advocate for his case.
