Case Description
On November 1, 1952, Florence Soriano, 17, was found strangled to death beside her apartment at 1307 W. Street N.W. in Washington, DC. She had been seen earlier in the evening with several military service members. Florence's family continues to work with law enforcement, while seeking judicial resolution in this over 70 year old cold case.
