***ARREST MADE*** - The Denver District Attorney's Office confirmed on January 22, 2021, that Michael Bettale, 28, was in custody and charged with first-degree murder.
On August 3, 2019, Erik McAllister was on a date with his wife at the Beer Depot, near W. 38th Ave and Stuart Street in Denver, Colorado. Erik went outside to smoke while his wife paid the bill. When she came outside, she discovered Erik had been shot.
