Duntay Trellis Caldwell was shot and found suffering from injuries outside a home in the 100 block of Alberta Street in Tallapoosa County, Alabama on December 19, 2022. Police arrived to the scene after being alerted that a man had been found shot, about 2PM. Duntay was taken for medical treatment but did not survive his injury. Duntay’s family awaits judicial resolution that will hold accountable the person responsible for taking this father’s life.
