Doreen Fogle was last seen at Milski's Bar in Lowell, Indiana, on December 3rd, 1996. Doreen was 41 at the time of her disappearance, with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. Doreen was the mother of three children and was known to wear a "mother's ring" with birthstones. Doreen's family continues to seek justice and advocate for her case.
