Donovan Jarrad Dugar was the victim of gun violence on May 18, 2013. The father and youngest sibling was found with multiple gunshot wounds and deceased by responding officers that arrived to the 5100 block of Congress Drive, New Orleans. Don was known by his family and friends for his kindness. For the last 11 years, his family has awaited news of arrest and judicial resolution in this unsolved case.
