Donna Jean Hills-Haynes, 54, went missing on October 9, 1983 from 103 Wilcox Road in Salkum, WA. Her skeletal remains were found in the summer of 1996 in the attic of a home at 1040 Gore Road Salkum, WA. Donna's family continues to work with law enforcement, while advocating for her since 1983.
