Dominic Tomlin, 14 was found dead and lying on the train tracks just after midnight on November 16, 2022. Officers responded to the 6300 block of People's Avenue, New Orleans, LA to a report of someone struck by a train. It was initially believed he had died after being struck by a train, but was later found to have been shot.
