Around 8:45 p.m. on Aug. 28, 2021 Maplewood and St. Paul police both received reports of a man lying in the street at East Larpenteur Avenue and North Howard Street, in Maplewood, MN. They found 20 year old Devinn Madley suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Devinn's family continues to advocate for him, while seeking justice.
