On March 14, 2014, Delonte "Scooter" Jackson, 30, was found suffering from a gunshot wound in a car by law enforcement at the unit block of 46th Street Southeast in Washington, D.C. He was taken to the local hospital where he later passed away. Delonte's family continues to advocate for their loved one and seek answers in his case.
