Case Description

On February 7, 1971, 17-year-old David Claude Yeager was last seen leaving his home on Lola Lane in Shreveport, Louisiana. He told his younger brother he was heading to Centenary College to attend a debate, but he never arrived and has not been seen since. At the time, David was a senior at C.E. Byrd High School, active in several clubs and the debate team. He was described as a white male, 5′6″–5′8″ tall, weighing 220–250 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an off-white shirt and dark pants. David left behind personal belongings, including his senior ring, and had approximately $200 in his bank account that was never touched. No confirmed sightings or leads have ever been verified. For more than five decades, his family has continued to search for answers and advocate for justice in his disappearance.
