Case Description
David Everett Yarchak was shot to death on November 26th, 1988 while working the overnight shift as a convenience store clerk at a Majik Market on Acton Road in Birmingham, Alabama. The fatal shooting and robbery happened sometime after 1:30 a.m. David had only worked at the convenience store for three weeks at the time of the shooting. Law Enforcement issued a bulletin for a medium sized blue 1980 Chevrolet Blazer with Cobb County Georgia License Plates, driven by a white male.
