David Michael Veljkovich known locally as “Dave Velk” and for his love and passion for music and performance was found deceased in his home on the 700 block of Quincy St. NE on the morning of May 2, 2023 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Details revealed that his home had been in disarray and valued music equipment was taken. Dave’s family and friends have worked to ensure the community is reminded that this violent act took a life and impacted many.
