Case Description
On September 4, 2008, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office found a deceased individual in a burned-up mountain cabin on Dead Indian Memorial Road in Ashland, Oregon. The cabin was one of two set on fire within a few miles of each other that day. The investigation revealed that David Lewis was the individual discovered in the cabin and that he had been killed prior to the arson.
