3 year old Christopher Harper disappeared from his home at the Jefferson Village Apartments, located at 6315 Lamar Drive in Richmond, VA on November 22, 1975. His body was discovered 5 days later in a shallow portion of the James River. Since 1975, Christopher's family continues to seek justice while advocating for him.
