Charles Reppert was thirty-nine in 1991. He co-owned an auto parts shop, Big Hill Auto Parts. On January 11, 1991, Charles was found dead with a gunshot wound in the head by a relative at the auto parts shop when the relative could not reach him. His family hopes for judicial resolution.
