On September 23, 2006, 25-year-old Brett Booket Wolfe was found murdered inside his apartment in Seminole, Oklahoma. Brett was discovered lying face down on the floor with his hands tied behind his back and his feet bound. He had been fatally shot. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation interviewed dozens of witnesses and submitted evidence from the scene for laboratory testing, but no arrests have been made. Brett never had the opportunity to meet his son, who was born just days before his death. His loved ones continue to seek answers and justice.
