On August 12, 2018, Billy Neal Jr, 43, was shot and killed outside of Hangovers Bar on Livernois Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. Police believe he was trying to break up a fight when the shooting occurred. Billy's family continues advocating for him, while working with law enforcement & seeking justice.
