Case Description
On July 10th, 1972 Arnold Hayes, 42 was found deceased at his home in Vichy, Missouri. Law enforcement reports that Arnold's wife found his body on the front porch of their home and had been shot 3 times. Authorities arrested 2 men in connection with Mr. Hayes' murder but the charges were later dropped "pending further investigation". No charges have been filed since. Arnold was running for Sheriff of Maries County in Wienna, Missouri at the time of his death. The case is still unsolved and his family continues to seek justice for him.
