Case Description
On Saturday, January 26, 2002, at approximately 5:05 pm, the Toccoa Police Department conducted a welfare check on Anthony Dogan at his apartment on South Pond Street in Toccoa, Georgia. Inside Dogan was discovered deceased. After conducting an autopsy, it was determined that Dogan’s death was a homicide. It is possible that Dogan was also robbed. Witnesses claim to have heard a single gunshot from the apartment sometime during the early morning hours of January 26, 2002.
