Andrew "Scotty" Newton, 44, was found deceased in an alley in the 200 block of Guy Avenue in Crewe, Virginia on July 2, 2019. Andrew "Scotty" Newton was from Chase City, Virginia. The Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Richmond Field Office is investigating the incident as a homicide. Andrew's family continues to seek justice and advocate for his case.
