Case Description
On Tuesday, September 28, 2004, at 11:09 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to the 100 block of West Queen Lane and found Adam Hammer lying on the sidewalk. He was suffering from a gunshot wound. Adam was transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he died that night.
