Each week, or as time permits, we will feature a cold case that has been submitted through our Victim Submission page.
Our first unsolved homicide victim is Clifford Backmann… our founder’s father. His death is what brought Project: Cold Case to life.
Cliff Backmann was robbed and shot while working alone at 6960 Bonneval Road in Jacksonville, Florida on October 10, 2009.
His case remains unsolved.
