On July 29, 2018, Xavier Charles, 28, was shot and killed when an unknown man approached him in what police believe was a possible robbery attempt in the 2100 block of Presbury Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident was caught on surveillance camera, and investigators revealed that a getaway driver was in a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. Xavier's family continues to advocate for their loved one and seek answers in his case.
