Case Description
On October 26th, 2002, William Rivera, 52, was found deceased in the upper apartments at 5040 14th Avenue in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Autopsy reports state that he died as a result of multiple stab wounds in his chest. William had not been seen for a couple of days and his body had been found by a neighbor. Shortly after the homicide, a tip with "credible information" came in but no arrests have ever been made. William's family has continued to fight for justice and advocate for his case.
