Case Description
Sharef Graham, 25, was gunned down on March 24, 2018 at 7:54 p.m. at Queensbridge Houses complex located on Vernon Boulevard, near 40th Avenue in Long Island City, NY. Officers from the 114th Precinct and Public Service Area 9 responded to a 911 call regarding an assault at the location & found him unconscious and unresponsive on a walkway. He had gunshot wounds to his chest and thigh. On April 2, police released video footage of the person of interest inside of a nearby store. He’s described as a black man between 20 and 25 years of age, weighing between 200 and 220 pounds, with short, braided hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket and a red shirt.
