Shaimel Kyser was shot in the chest at about 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 in front of a home on Sheffield Ave. near Hegeman Avenue in Harlem, New York. He died at the scene. His family continues to work closely with law enforcement, while seeking justice.
