Pamela Mansell, 35, was found beaten & strangled on the roadway at 3600 Briar Hill Road in Lexington, KY on November 8, 2001. She was last seen at Al's Bar located at 601 N. Limestone. Since 2001, Pamela's family continues to seek justice, while advocating for her.
