On the evening of May 23, 1975, Norris "Snookie" Evans was found by her husband in her house at 5 Kron Street in Rochester, New York. She had been stabbed several times with her ankles bound. The house had been ransacked and money had been taken. Norris was a devoted mother of four small children who were inside the house at the time but were left unharmed. Norris' family continues to advocate for her case and fight for judicial resolution.
