On December 11, 2013, 35-year-old Lesley Louise Wood was tragically shot and killed in her home on Wake Forest Drive in Lewisville, Texas. Concerned when she didn’t pick up her young daughter from daycare, authorities conducted a welfare check and discovered her body. Lesley was a beloved mother and local business owner known for her kind spirit and love for animals. Her sudden and violent death shocked the quiet neighborhood where she lived. Despite an ongoing investigation, no arrests were made, and the case remains unsolved, leaving her family and community still searching for answers.
