Case Description
On January 20, 1985, Kenneth Hill-Guthrie had just stepped out of the shower and went to answer a knock on the door. Two individuals forced their way into his second floor apartment. At one point, Kenneth was hit in the head with a tire iron. He was stabbed multiple times (witnesses after the incident reported he was holding onto his intestines). He struggled with the intruders and was trying to make his way into his bedroom where he kept his gun. The two intruders left and 911 was called. Kenneth was alive when the first responders arrived and was able to give an account of what happened. He died before they could get him to a hospital.
