Case Description
On October 8, 2001, at 11:09 a.m., Karen Marchioni called 911 after being attacked in her home on Nelson Street in Framingham, Massachusetts. Responding officers found Ms. Marchioni, 41, lying in a pool of blood. Two hours later, she succumbed to the dozens of stab wounds to her head and neck. Investigators have been unable to make an arrest in this case and need the public's help in identifying any suspect(s).
