Eileen Kelly, 18, was last seen on December 14, 1974, leaving her job as a secretary at the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. On December 22, 1974, Elieen's body was found in an alley on the unit block of R Street, NE. She had been sexually assaulted and strangled. Eileen's family continues to advocate and fight for judicial resolution for her case.
