On September 6, 2021, around 11:31 p.m., officers responded to a shots-fired call in the 4500 block of Westcliff Road in Killeen, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered a vehicle near an apartment building with the driver, Cullen Gerard Sinclair Jr., suffering from a gunshot wound. He later succumbed to his injuries. Since that night, Cullen’s family has continued to seek justice and honor his memory through ongoing advocacy.
